ROCKIN' THE BLUES FROM CANADA

A cross-reference to the first overnight radio show placing a heavy emphasis on Canadian blues and fusions of same. Previously aired on CKCU 93.1 FM, and now on Saturday mornings at CHMR 93.5 FM. This blog's origins (which pre-date my radio broadcasting history) began as a free promotional tool for arts-related news. DENIS PARKER @ BALLY HALY COUNTRY CLUB (ST. JOHN'S) - FRI., JUNE 22

Bluesman Denis Parker, originally from the UK and a long-time resident in Newfoundland and Labrador, will be performing at Bally Haly Country Club, 100 Logy Bay Road, St. John's, NL, on Friday, June 22, from 8-11 PM. The golf/curling/live entertainment club is sponsoring this free event, which is open to all.

Just try to find a copy of his 1998 Snowman Blues CD "to see what the fuss is about".
