Tune into "Iron Maidens" on CKCU 93.1 FM on Wednesday, May 28, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. EST, for an in-person interview with Ottawa-based artist/musician/craftsperson/activist Marie-Josée Houle. Actress/musician Ginger St. James will also be participating via telephone in Hamilton, ON.


The ladies will be talking about their upcoming double-bill concert at Avant Garde in Ottawa, ON, on Saturday, May 31, Marie-Josée's "Ugly Socks", her 2007 CD, Our Lady of Broken Souls, and an upcoming CD; as well as Ginger St. James' starring role in a film-in-development, "Lucky 7", produced by McMaster University's CFMU 93.3 FM "Soundtrack" host Steven Hayes, her début CD-in-progress; Steeltown Sirens, Hammer City Roller Girls and other socio-political-musical items.
