Hey Blues Fans! Becki Sue & her Big Rockin' Daddies! will be in Lacey [WA] on Fri., Oct. 30, at 8pm, at The Fire Creek Alehouse, located on the Capitol City Golf Course at 5225 Yelm Hwy SE.
Well, the votes are tallied and we officially placed 2nd out of 475 bands in King 5 TV's "Best of Western WA" contest in the 'local band' category. Couple that with 2008's 1st place finish, and we think we "done ourselves real proud!" Plus, this year we received mainstream radio airplay and other media recognition due to the winning band, KZOK radio DJ's, Spike & the Impalers, having a radio station to pump up the competition and to make sure that the 'best local band' category got some real notice this year.
