CROSSROADS BAND AND "BEST OF THE BLUES" (BB) AWARDS - APR. 19
The Crossroads Band has been nominated five times by Washington Blues Society for 2009. Best Band, Best Horn: Dennis Ellis, Best Drums: David Hudson, and Steve Bailey for Performer of the Year and Lifetime Achievement.
The annual BB Awards (Best of the Blues) show will be held Sunday April 19 at -The Triple Door - 216 Union Street, Seattle, WA 98101.
As "Best Band" nominees, Crossroads will be performing a 30-minute set at about 9pm. The festivities begin at 7pm. The doors open at 5pm. For ticket information phone: 206-838-4333. If you can make it, we hope to see you! Please wish us luck!

Saturday, May 9th, The Crossroads Band will host what is being billed as the "I-5 Harmonica House Party" - The Finest Harp Players in the Northwest, featuring: from Seattle, Crossroad's Steve Bailey and Mark DuFresne, and from Portland, Jim Wallace and Bill Rhoades - at the Highway 99 Blues Club -1414 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 206-517-7864. This will be some kind of party for sure, so mark your calendars!
