Hey everyone, Hope this note finds you well. For those of you who came out to shows recently, thanks so much, for those of you who didn't ... and WE know who you are... well... naughty live music lover... come on now. If your around Dallas area this weekend, I've got two shows for ya. Friday we'll be at Bakes place and Sat we'll be at East Texas Chopper, I drove by this venue last night, looks like a great place to hang. It is also the venue that will host the 15th annual Stevie Ray Vaughan Remembrance Ride and Concert http://www.srvrideandconcert.org/ which I have been invited to play this coming Oct. 3rd. Put that entire weekend aside cause they have an impressive line-up going. Next , I'm off to WA... back to the cold.. weeeeeeeeeeeeeee but hey it's summer there now, I should be able to get by with my down coat and snow boots...ok.. I'm sorry you webbed footed Washingtonians. Truth be told , I can't wait to see/play for ya'll.. especially Ritzville Blues Festival ( a hot sweet sweaty mess of a Blues Fest *one of my personal faves* ). I only have three dates booked for this trip, so get it while you can , otherwise you will have to wait until September. Later in July , when I get back to Texas, I'll be performing for the first time @ Tolbert's . Please come support this show, I hear really great things about this club. July 18th will be a long day. We start in Hempstead TX performing at 12 noon for the Watermelon Festival, http://www.hempsteadtxchamber.com/wmf.php . Then we are off and running back to Dallas to perform @ The Goat. I really like the Goat, it is a club with great vibe. After all that , I'll be off to Alaska. More on that later ok, until then. Get off your hind-end and go support live music, WHERE EVER YOU ARE.
