DAVE RAVE @ "CANADIAN INVASION" - CHESTER, CT - JUNE 12-13

Hey, everybody.

I’ll be part of the "Canadian Invasion" that will be hitting Chester, Connecticut this weekend. The Canadian Invasion, with proceeds benefitting the Chester Library in Chester, CT, will feature songs written by Canadian songwriters, including Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Gordon Lightfoot, Stan Rogers, yours truly and many more.

I’ll be there along with stellar musicians Lauren Agnelli, Ebin-Rose, Moving Target Jazz Band, Lisa Rich, Rodney Maxwell, Forrest Harlow, Roadside Manor, John Gavin, and the Small Town Concert Series House Band.

The shows are from 7-11pm on Friday and Saturday, June 12 & 13, at the Chester Meeting House at 4 Liberty Street in Chester.

Cheers to Matthew Male for continuing to put on great shows as part of the Small Town Concert series.

Also coming up soon I’ll being playing the Backstage Capitol Theatre in Delhi, Ontario, with Cleave Anderson (Blue Rodeo) and special guests.

Tickets are available online at www.BackStageCapitol.com and at the door. The show is on Saturday, June 27, and it starts at 8 pm. You can find the Backstage Capitol Theatre at 93 King Street in Delhi.

I was on Youtube the other day where I caught the new Trews video for “I Can’t Stop Laughing”. It’s a great video that takes place in Niagara Falls and it includes lots of my friends and musicians from the Niagara Falls scene. It was great to see everybody having such a good time. It’s definitely worth a look.

It’s going to be a fun summer. Hope to see you at a show soon.
